Hello, I found out about this from Jincey. This should be interesting. I am curious about what kind of issues. I mean, I’m definitely annoyed, irritated ad infinitum over dietary selection in restaurants but I wouldn’t want to sue over it. I doubt that this blog is about that, just thought I’d mention that a lot of people might think that.

This blog will not be devoted to discussion regarding restaurant dietary selection although I do plan to post on the “McDonalds Made Me Fat” lawsuit. This blog will focus on law related to all things organic, vegetarian, vegan and eco-conscious. Thank you so much for your interest!
